Overview
This transformative project delivered a state-of-the-art indoor swimming facility, an inclusive family pool, fully upgraded changing areas, and a modern conservatory-style café with seamless access to the surrounding park—each element thoughtfully designed to enhance accessibility and meet the needs of families and diverse community groups.
Grand Signature Consult Ltd. served as the project manager on a landmark redevelopment of Castle Farm Leisure Centre, a well-established public facility in the heart of Kenilworth. This transformation focused on enhancing accessibility and expanding health and wellbeing services for families and diverse community groups.
The revitalized centre now features a family-friendly indoor swimming complex, modern changing facilities, and a welcoming public café with direct access to the park—reinforcing its role as a vibrant community hub.
Results

Coordinated the demolition of existing structures and managed the end-to-end delivery of a new 80-station gym, six-court sports hall, group cycling studio, and two fitness studios.

Led multidisciplinary teams including architects, MEP engineers, and local authority stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
