We served as the project manager on a landmark redevelopment of a well-established public leisure centre located in the heart of the Kenilworth area. This transformational scheme was designed to increase accessibility and broaden health and wellbeing services for families and diverse community groups.The development included a new indoor swimming facility, family pool with adaptive access, modernised changing spaces, and a public café with park access, reinforcing the site’s role as a true community hub.
